For any number of reasons DocuWare Desktop Apps may need to be reconnected. For example;
- After updating DocuWare Password, DocuWare Desktop Apps credentials will expire.
To reconnect DocuWare Desktop Apps:
- log into DocuWare Cloud and select the drop-down arrow next to your name
- Select Desktop Apps > Connect to Desktop Apps
DocuWare Desktop Apps should be connected. If there is a version difference, DocuWare Desktop Apps will have to be updated.
- Right click on desktop apps in the sys tray. Select Check for Updates.
- Or select Install Desktop Apps
- Or select Install Desktop Apps
- After installing Desktop Apps, Connect Desktop Apps.
